Seating: The concert venue is completely indoors in a temperature regulated building. When choosing your shows and seating please be aware we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges. We offer comfortable, theatre styles seating in the center section and cabaret style tables off to the sides. Please note we are not able to push tables together or add additional chairs to tables as this is a safety and fire hazard. 

Food & Beverage: We do not allow outside food or drink. We have a small bar in the left hand corner of the venue where you may purchase wine, beer, cocktails, and snacks. If you would like to have dinner before the show please call our restaurant, The Tavern at the New Hope Winery, at 215-794-2331. We recommend reservations for dinner no later than 6:15 for our Friday-Saturday shows for parties up to 4 and no later than 5:30 for parties larger than 4, and 4:15 for our earlier Sunday shows. Security guards at the door may ask to check purses and pockets before you enter the venue, this is also a safety precaution for all of our guests. 

Ticket Fulfillment: The New Hope Winery gives the option of Print-at-Home tickets or Will Call. Should you misplace your Print-at-Home tickets, we will have a guest list at the door. 

Age Requirement:  Our minimum age requirement for shows is 8 or older. For those ordering alcoholic beverages, we check IDs of everyone who may look 40 and under. 

Refunds: Refunds will only be made available in the following circumstances: 

1.     Show Cancellation: If a show is cancelled and a reschedule date is not provided, we will automatically refund all tickets for the cancelled show. 

2.     Show Reschedule: If a show is rescheduled to a new date due to inclement weather, artist illness, or for any other reason, refunds will be automatically issued unless otherwise noted and information will be sent to the email address or phone number on file. 

Outside of these circumstances listed above, The New Hope Winery does not issue refunds or exchanges.
